Once registered you’ll be able to upload & download files and order prints.

Upload Files

Please follow these instructions for using the LightSource upload system:

  1. To get the best results, download the profile for the print material we’re using to make your prints. Our profiles can be accessed in the resource article “How to Profile your monitor and color manage your system“.
  2. Upload your file(s). Your file name(s) will be appended with your user name at the front. Only you can see your files.
  3. Fill out the form below. We won’t know you’ve uploaded a file if you don’t fill out the form.
  4. Someone from the LightSource team will contact you if there are any questions regarding your order and to let you know when your order will be available for pickup or FedEx/UPS delivery to you.

General File Preparation Guidelines for Best Results
Images Uploaded Should Be:

  • 240-300 DPI @ Desired Final Print Size
  • In Adobe RGB Color Space
  • In a Photoshop canvas that includes borders (if you want them), otherwise prints will be trimmed to full bleed (the image area).

Download

  1. Contact us to let us know you’d like to download your scan file from our server.
  2. When your scan file is ready to download, we will make it available on this page. Please log in first.
  3. Your scan file name(s) will be appended with your user name at the front. Only you can see your file(s) to download from our server.
